PUPGLIDE SHIPPING POLICY

Effective Date: 15 June 2026

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with PupGlide ("we", "our", "us").

1. SHIPPING PROVIDER

PupGlide uses Aramex Store-to-Door and other approved courier partners to deliver orders throughout South Africa.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


2. PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During promotional periods, sales events, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.


3. DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery time is 8–11 business days from the date the order is dispatched.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • Delivery location;

  • Courier operations;

  • Public holidays;

  • Weather conditions;

  • Industrial action;

  • Peak shipping periods;

  • Remote or outlying areas;

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

PupGlide does not guarantee delivery on any specific date.


4. DELIVERY DELAYS

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur.

Once an order has been collected by the courier, delivery operations are under the control of the courier service.

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, PupGlide shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by:

  • Courier delays;

  • Transport disruptions;

  • Adverse weather conditions;

  • Load shedding impacts on logistics operations;

  • Customs or regulatory delays (where applicable);

  • Force majeure events;

  • Any event beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery delays alone shall not entitle a customer to cancel an order, refuse delivery, or claim damages, unless otherwise required by applicable law.


5. SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

PupGlide will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional courier charges, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping charges before the order can be re-dispatched.


6. RISK AND OWNERSHIP

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided during checkout.

Ownership of products remains with PupGlide until full payment has been received.


7. LOST OR MISSING PARCELS

If a parcel appears to be lost in transit, customers must notify PupGlide as soon as reasonably possible.

PupGlide will work with the courier to investigate the matter.

Claims relating to lost parcels may require up to 30 business days to investigate depending on courier procedures.


8. TRACKING INFORMATION

Where available, tracking information will be provided once an order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring availability to receive deliveries where required.
